Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Assistant for Google Home, a Garmin watch application operated by Veloro Labs. By installing, connecting, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and the terms that apply to Google, Garmin, Railway, and any other third-party service you use with it.

2. The service

Assistant for Google Home sends the commands you select on your watch to Google Assistant using the Google account you authorize. Automation sequences may continue running on our server after the watch confirms that they were accepted. That confirmation does not guarantee that every delayed command has completed successfully. You are responsible for ensuring each command, device, automation, delay, and connected home is appropriate and safe.

You need compatible Garmin hardware, Google services, network connectivity, and any required third-party subscriptions. Third-party services can change, restrict, or discontinue functionality at any time.

3. Account connection and acceptable use

You may connect only a Google account you are authorized to use. You must not share account access, bypass consent or confirmation flows, attempt to access another person's data or home, interfere with service limits, or use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.

4. Availability and safety

Assistant for Google Home is provided for convenience and is not an emergency, safety, security, or life-critical control system. Do not rely on it to control locks, alarms, access systems, appliances, or any device where failure, delay, or unintended operation could cause harm or loss.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service for security, legal, operational, or third-party platform reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, timely, or compatible operation.

5. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Assistant for Google Home is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Veloro Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from a command, connected device, third-party service, data loss, or service interruption. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Changes and contact
